Welcome to Caring Companions Care Center where we can 4C your loved one happy. We offer comprehensive home care and direct support services tailored to the specific needs of aging and differently abled individuals in Cuyahoga and surrounding counties in Ohio.
Our caregivers and direct support professionals provide compassionate and interactive assistance from day-to-day personal living support, enriching community activities, as well as 24-hour support to those who need extensive overnight or remote care.
We take pride in giving personalized, high-quality care and can match a direct support professional to meet your unique personal requirements. Maintaining independence is one of our main goals for your loved one and can care for them in the comfort of their own home and around the community.
SERVICES WE OFFER

Provides companionship and support ensuring that our clients receive that highest quality care possible and personalized treatment. Assist with everyday living activities, medication assistance and give our clients as much independence as possible, while offering person-centered activities.

We provide transportation to and from adult day facilities, places of employment, doctors' appointments and assist with personal errands.

bill-paying and preparing checks,
balancing checkbooks, reconciling bank account statements, and maintaining or organizing bank records,
assisting the person with applying for benefits,
assisting the person with maintaining eligibility for benefits,
making referrals as appropriate for establishment of disability accounts,
organizing tax documents and other paperwork,
negotiating with creditors,
providing general organization assistance,

We give primary caregivers a break by taking their loved one in for a period of time in a loving home environment or for a few hours to community events to help alleviate the stresses of having to provide 24-hour care.
